Now that Covid-19 has put the impetus on all organisations across the technology, finance and HR fields to digitise and improve productivity, RPA (robotic process automation) is top-of-mind for nearly everyone. As it becomes more mainstream, small and medium-sized businesses must start to get the most out of this technology.

After serving many SMB customers with employees between 1,500 and 7,500, I've learned that when it comes to RPA, skills shortages, iterating and hiring are some of the key challenges organisations face while embracing this technology. In particular, because the cost of iteration is so high, SMBs are impacted most by these digitisation initiatives.

Even though organisations know they should be embracing RPA, they often aren't sure where to start, and this is where many of them find themselves bottlenecked. I've worked with over 50 customers and prospects on developing use cases for RPA and have accumulated over 2,500 bots in the process. My goal is to share the information I've learned from these projects to help you better identify where to start with RPA.
